DAILY RATION

This is a set of dietetic meals, each of them providing the organism with 1,200 to 1,300 calories. They are dedicated for people who want to keep their figure and proper body mass. The Daily Ration contains among others oat flakes, milkshakes and lunch meals.


DAILY RATION 1

This diet includes:
- oat flakes with milk and strawberries
- cabbage soup
- Spaghetti Bolognese with beef
- milkshake with raspberries
- chicken with rice and pineapple

All meals in this diet provide the organism with 1,206 kcal and at the same time all necessary nutrients.

All meals are prepared exclusively on the basis of natural ingredients and do not contain any chemical additives, preservatives or flavourings!


DAILY RATION 2

This diet includes:
- oat flakes with milk, cherries and bananas
- tomato soup with rice
- pasta with chicken in cream sauce
- milkshake with strawberries
- beef goulash with buckwheat

All meals in this diet provide the organism with 1,269 kcal and at the same time all necessary nutrients!

All meals are prepared exclusively on the basis of natural ingredients and do not contain any chemical additives, preservatives or flavourings!


DAILY RATION 3

This diet includes:
- oat flakes with milk and raspberries
- Ukrainian borscht
- chicken curry with rice
- milkshake with blackcurrant
- beef goulash with buckwheat

All meals in this diet provide the organism with 1,245 kcal and at the same time all necessary nutrients!
